A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis with intent to supply after police discovered street-ready drugs worth £25,000 stashed in a wheelie bin at a property in Oldham. Officers searched the house following tip-offs from local residents and found mobile phones, cash, and bagged drugs ready for sale. A police officer said it was a significant find as it is rare for them to discover drugs already packaged for selling.
