Objective:
I am a person who as aspergers syndrome and have already graduated from Grand Rapids
Community college and am close to getting my Bachelors of Science at Grand Valley State
University. I am a reliable worker with my own car and have the desire to attain a job that I may
excel in and maybe forge a career from working there.
Education:
Grand Valley State University, Allendale, MI
Bachelor of Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Sustainability, anticipated graduation April 2015.

Course Projects
Wicked Sustainability, GVSU Fall 2013
 Formulated a plan to help grade school students to eat healthier foods.
 Authored the description of the research topic.
Environmental Studies and Sustainability, GVSU Fall 2013
 Worked with group to address the imported foods issue in the supermarkets and raised
awareness of a local food drive.
 Worked with GVSU’s Sustainable Agriculture Project to form a after-school program for
children to work on the farm.
Work Experience Jan – May 2015
Intern, Sustainable Agriculture Project
 Assisted in general farm operations, including watering, weeding, and bed prepartation.
 Received funding through the sustainable reinvestment fund to install a vermicomposting
system in the farm greenhouse.
Janitor, Brann’s Restaurant 05/14 – 06/14
 Was able to work with coworkers solving problems and helping others with certain tasks.
 Given responsibilities to wash off the restaurant and fill in new mulch.
 The manager was willing to have me back next summer or after I finish college.
Food Service Worker, Fresh Foods GVSU 10/12 - Current
 Wash the dishes on the line and helped clean up after closing
 Promoted into helping serve the food and to prepare food while being cooked
 Was able to work after hours to help clean up for closing
Office Assistant, Family Capital Management 6 years
 Helped with the storage of sensitive data by scanning and compiling documents.
 Duties ranged from delivery of packages to disposal of waste and cardboard.
Specialized Staffing Associate Summer 2014
 Worked at different job locales, including Amway.
 Kept up working at different jobs for most of the summer.

Kid’s Food Basket Summer 2013
 Volunteered in my free time to help with the feeding of America’s youth.
Sustainable Agriculture Project, GVSU Fall 2013
 Helped with the garden by toiling at the soil and planting new trees.
Cat Caretaker, Crash’s Landing 2012 - 2013
 Helped clean up after the cats mad a mess.
 Restocked food and changed litter boxes.
Volunteer Worker, Comprenew Summer 2013
 Broke down old computers and other electronics; made sure to test each individual
product to see if they were in working condition.
 Helped stock donated electronics and deliver them to designated stores.
