Abstract
Today is clear that some kind of neuro-biologic
pathologic phenomena are not clear.
For this reason is crucial to observe this event under new
light , using also other science approach in example
observing the time related toxicity on immune system
influence .
The same observing also behavior modification in some
kind of disease in order to adeguately link to objective
structure.
“In toxicology usually are high considered the external
environmental factors but we think we must observe under
toxicological methods also the inside intra-extra cellular
local
microenvironment (paraphysiologic-pathologic
conditions).
In some pathology the time is relevant added to local
micro
environment and inters cellular communication situations.
We
must consider an intra- local toxicology aspect time related
to
better verify some pathologic process under a new light.
In some time related local metabolic-catabolic-toxic status
we can observe some cellular effect resulting in some organ
failure. The time involved in resolve some temporary
gradients
or the velocity involved in this process can be fundamental.
The same effect related to too much rapid evolution or too
slow reduction in balancing equilibrates physiologic
systems.
(The same the reduced effect showed in example in sports
trained
in SCD vs not trained activate platelet in trigger coronary
artery
spams, amygdala temporal iper activation or other
examples).
We need to introduce more toxicological methods in some
pathologies in order to clear some relevant aspect in
etiology,

“Starting from the evidence that autisms are not elder
typical pathology and observing from toxicology and
embryology discipline
we know that the time is relevant in order to predict some
kind of Congenic pathologies. We have seen that in
embryology are relevant
genetic informations, the time, micro-environment factors
and their specific time relationship.
From toxicology science we know that some toxic
subtancies produce specific toxicity related the contact
time in embiologic- fetal
life whit minor or major physio-anactomic damage. Many
factors are involved as cellular mediators and intercellular
signals but also
environmental factors that can modify heavily the normal
neuronal growth and development or connectivity. We
have seen from literature
a relationship between immunologic status and some brain
condition and that in autism we have a reduced neuron-

and population in some area.
Immunology is involved in apoptosis process and an
immunologic shock in some periods of growth can

to have a more complete vision in some brain pathology in
time
evolution and strategic opportunities. We have see in
example that
using fingolimod we have a reduction in lymphocytes
activation
and when discontinued this effect reduced (like a
discontinue of
a toxic substantial). Dose related and time related.
FINGOLIMOD
Significantly improved relapse rates and end points
measured
on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in objective way.
Concepts
as toxical doses, time of exposition , cumulative dosage ,
kinetics, dynamics, metabolism Iatrogenic ADME and other
toxicological
parameter can be usefully introduced also in neuro immune
toxicology to adeguately focus a physio-pathogenetic
phenomena.
The results related to the references cited show an specific
effect of
a systemic drugs in a local place as brain. We think that
observing
a specific side effect of a drug can be an right method to
clear some
interference between immunologic status and some
development

discipline approach as toxicology, immunology , biology ,
infectious disease,imaging and many other applying theisr
specific intruments of objective observation.
