DWH is from three applications-BPM, Eclipse Journal and IVR pertaining to Mexico Region.
EDW application receives data from 3 different source systems, viz., BPM, Eclipse and IVR and the same gets loaded into an
Enterprise Data Warehouse(EDW) which is currently built on Sybase IQ database and finally users view the data using
Business Objects Ver 6.5.
The migration has involved moving the database from Sybase IQ to Teradata version 13.1 and subsequently to upgrade

Description : PHH, as part of its client integration to external clients, sends data extracts for Customer Information
reportable data. Currently PHH has approximately 20 different extract interfaces for its clients. Most of the information in
the extracts sent to the clients is similar to each other. There was frequent change requests to the existing interfaces
because of changes in the CIF(Customer Information Feed) reporting requirements, other enhancements or to fix bugs. CIF
loan was re-designed for existing stored procedures and interfaces to come up with one common framework, which would
extract all the required information into a staging table. XSLT scripts were used to create data extracts for the respective
clients in the existing layouts, formats and logic. These CIF loan These reports are very critical in terms of taking decision
for higher authority and we made it as simple as it can be and made it very much presentable. Using BO, My work involves
understanding design Reports, coding, testing .Technologies used for this module are Oracle 8i (SQL,PL/SQL) and BO
