신경계 과각성 쉽게 놀람,

- 갑자기 끊으면 거의 4-48시간 안에 금단증상
- 마약이 교감신경 억제 했는데 그게 갑자기 활성화 되면서 - 눈물 콧물 미친듯이
(lacrimation, rhinorrhea), tachy, hypertension, diarrhea, bowel sound
increased, pupil dilation(mydriasis), 미친듯이 하품해, muscle cramps
- methadone, buprenorphine !!! - heroin 중독으로 인한 금단 증상 낮춰주는 효과
- clonidine - 금단 증상 치료, adhd 치료에도 사용

- 알콜 중독 과 달리 발작 증상은 없어서 이에 대한 중재 불필요
Codependence(공동의존증)
- 중독이 자신 잘못이라고 생각
- 중독자의 행동을 비난하며 책임감을 느끼지 못함
- 나 없이는 아무것도 안돌아가 이런 태도 오히려 중독이 계속 일어나게 만듦’
- 중독행위에 자신도 중독되어 같이함
- 반복되는 중독 행동에 의지를 잃어 방치
