10.  Salman Khan made his acting debut in Biwi Ho To
Aisi (1988). He achieved commercial success with
the blockbuster Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), for which
he won a FilmfareAward for Best Male Debut. He
has starred in several commercially successful
films, such as Saajan (1991), Hum Aapke Hain
Koun..! (1994), Karan Arjun (1995), Judwaa (1997),
Pyar KiyaTo Darna Kya (1998), Biwi No.1 (1999)
and Hum SaathSaath Hain (1999), having
appeared in the highest grossing film nine
separate years during his career, a record that
remains unbroken.

11.  In 1998 he was arrested by the local police
from the shooting location of the film Hum
Saath-Saath Hain (1999), for killing protected
wild animals and spent about a week behind
the bars.The actor is facing trial in three cases
of killing black bucks andChinkaras

12.  In September 2002, Salman Khan had hit
the headlines after he crashed his Land
Cruiser near the American Express bakery
in Bandra, killing one man and injuring
others. He also faces charges of drunk
driving and not having a valid licence. If
convicted, he could be jailed for up to 10
years.

15.  His relationship with actress Aishwarya Rai
was a well publicised topic in the Indian
media.[84] After their break-up in March 2002,
Rai accused him of harassing her. Sheclaimed
that Khan had not been able to come to terms
with their break-up and was hounding
her; her parents lodged a complaint against
him.[85]

16.  Had a well publicised affair with Aishwarya Rai
Bachchan which lasted 2 years. Apparently his
endless tantrums traumatized her enough to
give a press conference in spring 2003 where
she declared that she would never work with
him again for personal reasons.
 Was accused in another press conference in
spring 2003 byVivek Oberoi (who wasreportedly
seeing Aishwarya Rai at the time) to have called
