product manufacturing and the registration files, and
will support the partner with product registration files in
any country he want to enter.
3. Nature`s Echo Co. has the full responsibility for the
quality of the products.
4. Nature`s Echo Co. must deliver the goods to its partner
as per a agreed and planned schedule.
5. There will be a minimum order for the production of
any item (depends on the type of the product and its
market size and the country market profile).
6. Payment will be as one part in advance and the rest
amount at the time of delivery, because Nature`s Echo
Co. will sell its partner a finished product.
7. Nature`s Echo Co., from the first it will offer its partner a
unit price for each item.
