to gain admission to the
Ghana Institute of Journalism
in September, 2018 where she
read Diploma in
Communications Studies. She
completed in July, 2020.
Working Life
During her studies at the
Ghana Institute of Journalism,
she had the opportunity to do
her internship at the New
Times Corporation, specifically
attached to the Ghanaian
Times as a reporter from May
to August, 2019.
She was then posted to do her
National Service at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Regional Integration from
September, 2020 to August,
2021, as an Information and
Public Affairs Officer.
As determined and ambitious
as she was, she decided to
further her education at the
Ghana Institute of Journalism
where she attained a Bachelor
of Arts Degree in Journalism,
and graduated in 2023.
Church And Social Life
Naa Norley was born into the
Faith Evangelical Mission
Worldwide fraternity, precisely
the Korle-Gonno Assembly,
where she fellowshipped in
the company of her mother
and younger sister, Joyce.
After completion of her Senior
High School education, she
relocated to join her elder
sister, Mrs. Halm-Lutterodt at
Abokobi and later they
relocated to Tse-Addo. This
compelled her to join the
Headquarters of the Faith
Evangelical Mission
Worldwide at Mataheko,
where her sister and her other
siblings fellowship.
Christian Service
Dorothy was ambitious and
dedicated towards the things
of God, and so she did not
hesitate to heed to the call of
Christian service. She quickly
joined the Youth Fellowship of
the church, the Ushering
Department, where she held

and the Faith Cathedral Media

She worked assiduously, and
will be remembered for the
various interviews she
conducted during Church
activities, be it at the branch
or national levels. She will
forever be remembered as the
lead interviewer during the
50th Anniversary celebration
activities of the Church.
Transition
Until her demise, Dorothy Naa
Norley Brocke was dedicated
to the things of God. She was
all bumbling until she fell ill on
Friday, December 29, and
was admitted at the Trust
Hospital where she was later
referred on Monday, January
1, to the Korle-Bu Teaching
Hospital. She passed on
Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

ur Angel, our precious jewel, a
perfect gift sent from heaven and
now taken back to heaven. We
LOVE you, we TREASURE you, and we
MISS you. God gave us the best child, the
most beautiful girl in the whole world, the
most obedient, most loving, kind and caring.
We will forever cherish our moments
together.
Maa Dor, we shared our dreams with you.
We mentioned to you all our hearts desires.
We became proud parents because of how
beautiful and intelligent we saw you grow.
Our joy exceeded our imaginations when
you graduated from tertiary with a Diploma
in Communications Studies, but became
more joyous when you indicated to us you
were furthering your studies to acquire a
degree.
We were full of excitement when you
graduated with second class honors in
2023. After all, the joy of parents is to see
their children grow and excel.
Your mother, aunty Martha vividly
remembers her last call to you on
Wednesday, December 27, asking when
you will visit and you indicated you will
come with the grandchildren on Friday,
December 29. She waited patiently to
welcome you on Friday morning, December

got scared but she expressed
the hope that there was nothing to be
scared of. Your mum packed a few stuffs
and headed to the hospital.
Maa Dor, as we, Mama Lizzy and all
affectionately called you, you never looked
like what we are witnessing today. We
trusted God all will be well and you will be
back home. But you never did. Naa, what
became of our prayers? It was our wish that
you will be gainfully employed latest this
month because you told us your sister was
seriously working something out.
Naa Norley, as I called you, as my first
fruit you were my
confidant. You felt any
pain I had and you
always gave me a
listening ear. You gave me hope in how I
saw you grow from that little girl to a
beautiful matured lady, but the icy hands of
death took you away from us without saying
goodbye.
Mama Lizzy recounts her last conversation
with you on Thursday, December 28 when
you called to tell her you have weaved her
wig cup for her to wear on New Year’s Day.
She was all excited because you fulfilled
your promise to her.

we take solace in the adage, ‘God knows

What you brought with you every day
was like a ray of sunshine. We could not

more excited to see where life could
have taken you with the beautiful
foundation you started to build for
yourself at the age of 23. You were
absolutely incredible, you were
absolutely a gift, not just to us, but to
everyone you met.
Maa Dor, Daddy says you were his
biggest fan. He always encouraged you
to aim higher. Your dedication to doing
the things of God was his joy. As parents
we recollect your interview with
Professor Jane Naana Opoku-
Agyemang, 2020, running mate of His
Excellency John Dramani Mahama,
during the 50th anniversary celebration
and other roles you played in the
Church. What becomes of all your
vibrancy today?
There was no way that we could possibly
have loved, supported, or believed in
you more than we did. We love you baby

We now have only one desire, to go to

you are and because we want to see you

We pray that we will reunite with you our

12. O
ur beloved sister Dorothy Naa Norley
Brocke, …Dor, where are you? We've
been in anticipation of your return but
here we are now, broken 6 instead of the
usual strong 7. Why now, Dor, why?
Yes, indeed life is a journey marked by joy,
sorrow, and an array of experiences that
shape our existence. The bittersweet truth is
that we are all travelers on a road with an
unknown destination, and every farewell no
matter how inevitable it is, brings with it an
ache that transcends the boundaries of
comprehension.
There is a time honored expression that “a
person's actions is a deep reflection of their
character". How true is this notion as we
relate it to the life of our beloved sister,
Dorothy, Dorthia, Maa Dor, Naa..., a very
determined, radiant, revered, incredible
beautiful lady who stood tall and radiated light
and life like a lighthouse in a stormy weather.
Naa, was a very caring personality who
played an extremely active and supportive
role in our lives; the kind who did not only
dedicate her life to serving all of her siblings,
but would go the extra mile to extend a
helping hand to all who came into contact with
her.
Naa, where is the rattling laughter that echoes
in the corridors of our hearts? Today, we see
you lying lifeless without your usual laughter.
This is indeed a day of distress, a day of
sorrow, grief, anguish and a day of great loss
for us. Our hearts are mortally wounded, our
hopes are shattered and tears overflowing.
Naa, you have hit us so hard. Your death,
indeed, is a demoralizing experience, for us.
You were our number one family
photographer. There was not a single Sunday
or family activity without you taking the role of
a photographer to ensure we all and your
nephews and nieces got the best photo-shoot.
You always did it with a professional touch
and even extended this gesture to some of
the members.
Maa Dor, Bro. George says your dedication to
taking care of his children - Uriella, Uriel and
Henry when it was needed most keeps ringing
a bell in his mind. Maa Dor on your sick bed

January 1;, 2024, without going home
hoping for you to recover so we can all go
home.
Dor, Bro. George says you promised to
come and pick him abroad anytime you have
the opportunity to do so. Maa DOR, what
has become of the passport application
process you initiated for him? Naa, your
brother is shattered. Never in our lives as
siblings have we seen our elder brother cry
even in his difficult moments; but your
demise has indeed broken him. He will
forever miss you.
Big Sis, Helena is wondering who to call to
get her stuffs from town. You never turned
down her request anytime she called. Naa,
she recollects her last encounter with you
when she visited at Tse Addo on Thursday,
December 28, 2023 with her children -
Keziah, Kayla and Kevin, and your niece and
nephew, Uriella and Uriel. You had to take
care of them until she returned and we all
got to the kitchen to prepare Supper.
You were all bumbling as we fried yam and
sausage for the kids only for her to go home
and wake up in the early morning on Friday,
December, 29 to learn of your admission at
the hospital. Big Sissy quickly passed
through the hospital and it never looked as
though we will today be standing here
reading a tribute in your honor.
Eei Naa, who will call Big Sissy, grandma
like 10 times in a day.
Your brother Jonathan is lost for words. The
bond you shared with him has now turned
into memories that cannot be forgotten. Jona
says there is no one to edit his write-ups
because you served as his personal editor.
The usual Dor that he calls to crack jokes is

do you leave us without saying a word. You
have indeed created an irreplaceable
vacuum.
Dor, Mary keeps crying and asking who her
lady of honor will be... What has become of
the planning process? Who will be her gist
from time to time? Who will she call on to
support her when she has a bridal make up?
Your exit has really taken her spirit out of her.
On January 1, when she had to stay overnight
by your bedside, she hoped beyond hopes
that you will be fine. Her prayers throughout
the night was consistent...but in the early
hours of January 2, you shut your eyes and
mouth without saying goodbye.
Our last born Joyce is really shattered
and gone frail. Who do you expect her
to have little arguments and fights
with. Naa, she remembers how in the night of
Thursday, December 28, at about 9pm, you
insisted on she giving you her shorts to put in
your packed suitcase to wear on our usual
meet up at Daddy's home at Buduburam on
January 1, 2024. You had your usual no/yes
squabbles, but finally you agreed before you
left with big sissy to your room.
Dor, she was asleep when you woke her up
on call at about 12: 18 am only to tell her you
had pains in your chest. She called Sister
Herty who rushed to your room and in the
company of Mr.Halm-Lutterodt, you were
taken to the hospital.
Maa Dor, our confidant, we least expected it
was the last time we could get closer to you. It
was our hope to see you hearty again only
for us to be confronted with your demise
on Jan. 2.

15. Personally, a light from my household is gone.
The voice I loved is stilled. A vacuum has
been created in my home which can never be
filled. If there had been anyone constant in my
life apart from my husband, it was you
because from time to time you came to stay
with us after secondary school. Words cannot
describe the sorrow churning through me.
I suppose like every younger sister you
idolized me. You once told me I represented
what you could become - older, wiser, faster,
and stronger. You said you could see yourself
in me in a few years; that I am the perfect
model and therefore you model your life after
me.
You understood the responsibility of being an
aunty to my children and a younger sister to
me. You always supported me in anything I
did.
I am an itinerant due to my work schedule. My
frequent wayfaring meant I needed someone I
could trust to take care of my home, and you
always played the role perfectly. This forged
between us a strong and an unbreakable
bond. I was always at ease when I travel
because you were there.
Parenting for you was easy. You could arrive
with ready-made credibility at my children’s
school, and you were seen as the mother of
Kendra and Kendrick. No further introductions
were required.
Throughout your life, you never placed any
pressure on yourself other than to be the best
that you could be. You were honest and kind.
You extended your help to all my friends
without any hesitation. Today, Faith, Yeye,
Jolene, Jackie, Rachael, Theresa, Victoria
and Grace are speechless, and all they keep
saying is, “Aoo, Dor was such a serviceable
little sister to all”.
The Brock family has lost a giant. But the
Halm-Lutterodt family has lost much more.
Lying in our room late at night, we would
share our secrets, our hopes and aspirations
on what we wanted to do and how we would
do it, always giggling, laughing or beaming
with a smile.
We had our usual late night chat on Thursday,
December 28, in my room until about 11:30pm
when you left with the usual, “Sis, you know I
love you and goodnight”. When you called
sick at 12:28 and we had to take you to the
hospital, you walked unaided to the car,

We never thought we were taking you to the
hospital never to come back home with us.
You kept telling me how much you loved me
and I also kept reassuring you of my love for
you. You kept asking, “Sis will I be fine?”, and
I kept saying, “Yes, you will be OK”. I thought
you were going to be OK, but God knows that
was not going to be.
Naa, since you departed I have not had
anyone to tell me, “Sis, you know I love you”.
Kendra and Kendrick your little Princess and
Prince have been left hanging because their
‘mother’ is no more. Your bond with them was
so strong that many thought you were their
mother and I am an aunty which was not far
from the truth because you played the mother
role so well.
Dor, you have gone ahead of us. When you
were born, you became our sister; now that
you have departed from us, you have become
a saint, but we pray you become our guardian
angel.
Dorothy Naa Norley Brocke, you broke the
hearts of the STRONG 7, but you have never
broken the spirits of the STRONG 6. Your
memories will forever be on our minds and
hearts.
We loved you before, we still love you now
and we will love you forever.

thousand words won’t bring you back.
Neither will the tears. Regardless, we
continue to shed uncontrollable tears
and emit the pain your demise has caused us.
How we wished you never left this soon,
Dorothy.
We struggle with what to say. We don’t know
where to start. There are so many beautiful
things that we want to say about you. But how
could we conceivably communicate what a
wonderful person you were?
How can we explain the kindness in your
heart, the contagiousness of your joy, or the
depth of your love? It’s just that you were so
remarkable. How can we ever be able to sum
up your beautiful life in the short few moments
we have with you here, today? Then we
realize we cannot. But it is my duty to tell you
how much you meant to the Halm-Lutterodt,

18. Lutterodts. The great number of people who
reached out to the family after hearing of your
demise says a lot about the kind of person
you were.
Dor, had an unwavering devotion to my family,
and her heart was big enough to encompass
not only my children, Kendra, and Kendrick,
but also that of her siblings. To them, she will
undoubtedly continue to serve as an
inspirational figure even as she watches over
them from above.
To outline the depth and scope of Dorothy's
kindness, I need look no further than her
selfless act of a mother to her nephews and
nieces especially Kendra and Kendrick where
she cleaned, cooked, and prepared them for
school. She affectionately called me “Husbee”
and cared for my children and I, and because
of that we never felt the absence of my wife
due to her work schedule. The kindness and
abundant warmth she exuded brightened
every corner of our lives, leaving an indelible
mark of compassion and generosity that
reverberate through our memories.
My time with Dor was always fun. From our
discussion on News to Sports analysis, I
would always just appreciate her broad
knowledge on many topical issues, both local
and foreign. There was always something to
learn from her. Her memories linger own. We
miss her, and are grateful for the motherly role
she played in the lives of our children.
Mercy says she has missed the call of 'Sis my
brother's wife' as you affectionately called her
at all times. The accolade you gave her made
her realize how you loved her. You treated
and cared for her like your biological sister
and gave her a reason to smile.
The Allotey's recall the memorable moments
you shared with them especially Mr. Allotey,
“K3 Dorothy na mi3 ek33 Husby, m3ni yaa n)
? Then he responds oh Dorothy, n)ko eyaaa
n) ei. Ny3m3i ji onukpai’3”
Dor, why now? We wish we could turn back
the hands of time to see you smile again.
Thinking of you Naa, automatically brings a
smile to the lips of those who knew you
because you always beamed with a smile.
We know you are still here among us. Thank
you for reminding us that the present moment
is precious, and that we should make the
most of it by loving fully and generously.
Today, as we say our goodbyes, we are
reminded that even though you may be in
another place, your essence and love
continue to live on within those whose lives
you touched.
The Lord keep you till we meet again.

iss Dorothy Naa Norley Brocke, words
cannot express our feeling at this
moment as we pay tribute in your
memory, like other loved ones have done
before us. Who can dispute that you were an
an epitome of beauty, love, peace and
hospitality; one who was always lively and
pleasurable, and made everybody feel
welcome; one who lends others with a
helping hand and always wore a beautiful
smile.
Aunty Dor, we love you dearly, and it is
extremely hard to say goodbye to you at this
time because that will emphasize without
doubt that the chapter of your life has been
closed, and that you had really slipped into
eternity. The angels have picked you home
when we least expected.
Aunty Dor, your dedicated attention
anytime you were called on either to
assist in any way by us, especially to assist
me with my assignments or to explain some
details with regard to issues was
unprecedented. You were such an amazing
Aunty.
Aunty Dor, all the children in the family are
your kids, and the little older ones are your
younger sisters and brothers, including your
nieces and nephews, and if Kayla, Uriella,
Kevin, Kendra, Kendrick and Uriel and I knew
that Thursday, December 28 would be the last
time we would have an encounter with you,
we probably would have had a whole watch
night with you.
As though you knew we may not see you
again, you took an exceptionally good care of
us, and even in the evening you gave us the
best supper with much more sausages when
we asked to the envy of my mother and our
aunty Herty. Our dearest aunty was it a way
of saying good bye?
Aunty Dor, Uriella says she has indeed lost a
lovely aunty who had to sacrifice her time to
take care of her brother and her at a time they
needed most. We love you and appreciate
every devotion you made to make my little
brother and I, better children. Aunty, we will

aa Norley is a special
daughter, niece, cousin
and friend to all the family
members. Any time she meets
her cousins, aunties and uncles,
her message to them is - it is
my prayer and wish that when i
finish school and start working i
will take care of you all so that
each and every one of you will
live a comfortable life.
She always kept a smiling face
showing all her 32 teeth. In Ga,
we say - efor he eka. Anytime
the chilldren come into contact
with her, they are full of joy
expressing their desire to go
and live with her. I personally,
whenever i meet her, i joke with
her telling her, she has a sweet
tongue all because she wants to
be a journalist.
Her reply is - oh Uncle i just love
it when everyone is happy.
She was indeed a gem in the

Who are we to question God?..
What we love, God loves best.

ife’s brevity need not diminish its brilliance
– it’s in the way we embrace each
moment, the way we love deeply and the
way we live purposefully that our lives gain
meaning
Our journey with Dorothy began in 2018 at the
Ghana Institute of Journalism, where we forged
bonds that transcended the ordinary.
Together, we navigated the challenges right
from Level 100 through to level 400 where our
educational journey ended in 2022. In the
classroom, Dorothy's brilliance was one that
was endearing by all. As a year group, we are
truly heartbroken bidding our last farewell to our
dear friend turned sister, Dorothy. Our
sentiments are echoed by every member of
this group.
Dorothy, Naa Norley or Miss Brocke as we
affectionately called her was a sweet, caring
and dear friend and sister whom we met for four
years at the Ghana Institute of Journalism. She
was matured in her dealings with her fellow
course mates. This made her admirable by all.
She shared her laughter, smiles,
resourcefulness and dutifulness to all who
came in contact with her. It’s almost as if we
can still see Dorothy seated beside us under
the canopy in her beaming smiles lighting up
the place. I remember on our graduation day
you sat behind me with the excitement of finally
leaving GIJ and graduating with a Second
Class Upper in Journalism.

ECCLESIASTES 3: 1-4
To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2. Time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3. Time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4. Time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

23. The numerous school hours we shared, the
outings and church -in good times and difficult
times are palpable before us. The advices we
shared, the jokes, the meals and laughter are
all memories of love encrypted in our hearts.
These seemingly simple things became the
symbol of love and togetherness in the bond
that united us. Although we were not blood
related, the bond surpassed that. This is from
MAGARET, Dorothy Naa Norley Brocke meant
more than a name to me. You were family,
beacon of hope, a pillar of strength, my
companion in Joy and sorrow. This loss has
broken my heart and has created a huge gap
but I will live on the memories we shared. We
argue, laugh, work and play together. Your
actions spoke louder than your words. I call you
"HEART" and you call me "BEST".
Our remarkable and extraordinary moments are
irreplaceable. Your sense of humor always
lighted up my life, I smile and laugh crazily even
in difficult moments believing everything will be
alright. Naa even in your absence I will adore
you for, one of the greatest gift God gave me in
this world. I LOVE YOU BEST.
From LISA, Closie, you were more than just a
friend to me. You were my confidant, my partner
in crime, and my forever friend. Your laughter
and kindness filled every room you entered, and
your absence leaves a void in our hearts. I will
forever cherish the memories we created
together and hold onto the love we shared.
Rest in peace, dear Closie. You will never
be forgotten.
Today, our hearts and heads are burdened by
the imaginable truth that Naa Norley is no
longer with us. It’s a reality that seems almost
surreal, one we struggle to comprehend. The
pain we feel is deep and unyielding. The loss is
just not painful but a void that can never be
filled.
Oh Naa, our hearts are troubled. Our hearts
aches with emptiness that feels vast and
unending. We feel desolate and shattered by
your sudden demise. Though we grieve her
physical absence, Dorothy's spirit lives on in the
lessons she imparted and the joy she spread.
As we bid farewell to a beautiful soul, we carry
with us the warmth of her laughter, the wisdom
of her advice, and the inspiration of her
character.
Now, as we stand at the cross roads of grieve
and remembrance, we choose to celebrate your
beautiful life lived. Thank you for the love we
shared, the smile, laughter and your family you
spoke so well of.
Dorothy, may your memories continue to inspire
us to live our lives with the same love and
enthusiasm you effortlessly shared. Rest well
Dorothy.
Rest in Peace DOROTHY NAA NORLEY

24. I
t's with heavy hearts that we
pen these words in memory of
Dorothy Naa Norley Broke, a
dear friend, and a radiant
presence in the lives of all who
knew her.
On November 15th 2015 a group
of students were admitted into
Nungua Senior School, amongst
us was Dorothy Naa Norley
Brocke.
Dorothy was a member of House
two and she later became the
house captain. She was a
member of General Arts 2 class.
She was loved by all the teachers
because she was full of life.
Dorothy was not just a
classmate; she was a shining
example of vivacity and kindness.
Her spirit was infectious, and her
laughter could effortlessly lift the
mood of any room. She had a
way of bringing people together,
creating warmth and camaraderie
wherever she went.
Her famous tagline “irrational
being” was her playful way of
addressing anyone who dared
disrupt the harmony in moments.
Though her time with us was cut
short, the memories we hold of
her will forever burn bright.
Dorothy's departure has left an
indelible void, but her memory
will continue to be a beacon of
inspiration to us all.
We love you Dorothy, we’re
forever grateful to have known
you.
Rest in peace, dear Dorothy.

T
oday, the FEMW fraternity stops. The
Church stops to mourn the transition into
glory of one of her illustrious daughters,
DOROTHY NAA NORLEY BROCKE, and to pay
a glowing tribute in her memory.
Maa Dor or Dorothy, as she was warmly called by
all, was an astonishing personality whose life was
a model of selfless service and commitment, not
only to the Church, but to her family at large. In
reflecting over the period we have had to live with
her, our minds also constantly dwell on her
altruism not only to the Church and family, but
even more to all whose paths crossed her
regardless of her own comfort.
Maa Dor was not only a devout and active
member of the church but an instrument of our
Lord Jesus Christ, working assiduously in the
vineyard as an Usher and a member of the Media
Team.
Today, we have lost a stalwart, who is an
embodiment of warmth and charm, a sweet
personality who would already be smiling from a
distant, expressing a spirit of welcome and
hospitality.
Dor, was outstanding in her commitment to the
family at large, very humble, caring and always
supportive to situations that demand solutions,
even whenever the solution seemed to be beyond
her ability.
She was always ready to say sorry when the
need arises. You will always hear her say "Ofaine
Yoo, Ofaine Daabi" backed by a beam of smile.
Dorothy, was a very stunning member of the
FEMW National Youth Ministry. She always
participated in all national youth activities and
also contributed immensely to the growth of the
ministry by giving in-depth reports of occasions
and activities that took place via our social media
platforms, and was always ready to serve
whenever and wherever the need arose.

26. Department, her foresight,
discipline and contribution have
created a huge impact that has
undoubtedly enhanced the
image and the performance of
the media operations of the
team and the Church.
She also did a fine job as one of
the finest up-and-coming
journalists we have, whose
professional way of interviewing
Pastors, members, participants
and political personalities was
par excellence.
Dor, as a Christian family, you
left us too soon. Our hearts are
bleeding and broken, and for us
you have departed too soon. We
wish we could spend more time
with you here on earth especially
in this very year that we have a
lot of activities to execute. We
are of the hope that, you are in a
better place and we will surely
meet again when the trumpet
sounds.
“The Lord gave. The Lord has
taken away. Praise be to His
eternal name”. Dorothy, we have
lost you to the cold hands of
death, but you are not lost in our
memories. Today, we mourn and
bury you and build a monument
in our hearts for you. Tomorrow,
we shall see each other in
Paradise.
RIP.

Worldwide, HQ media has
lost a Gem. Dorothy as we
affectionately called her
impacted the team by her lovely
soul. Dorothy executed her
duties with enthusiasm and
creativity, which made her stand
out during activities of the
Church.
Dorothy you were a true
definition of a journalist. Dorothy
always availed herself to take
over whenever there was a
need, be it National activities or
at the Branch level. Dorothy,
your exceptional research skills
and a deep understanding of
interviewees’ backgrounds,
brought forth extraordinary
conversations that captivated
audiences and shed light on
important issues.
From celebrities to political
figures, from renowned experts
to everyday individuals, Dorothy
fearlessly approaches each
interview with empathy, respect,
and a genuine quest for
knowledge. Dor you ensured
you reported every single
moment and enjoy the program
alongside.
An amazing soul has indeed left
us. If confidence was a person it
was Dorothy. There was no
form of self doubt around her.
She was always happy and
spread joy amongst her
teammates.
As a devoted and committed
member of our ushering
department Dorothy always
smiled, welcomed everyone
warmly and led members
elegantly to their seats. Maa
Dor took responsibility of any
task and made sure she did it
diligently .Dor understood that
true ministry and extended far
beyond the four walls of the
church.
Today as ushers our hearts are
heavy but we stand at this
threshold today and find comfort
in your continuing legacy.
Although you are no longer in
our physical presence, your
generosity, compassion, gentle
strength, and unshakeable faith,
which showed through every
smile, will always be
remembered. We love you
Dorothy.

May your Soul Rest In Peace.

ABIDE WITH ME - MHB 948
Abide with me, fast falls the eventide
The darkness deepens Lord, with me abide
When other helpers fail and comforts flee
Help of the helpless, oh, abide with me
Hold Thou Thy cross before my closing eyes
Shine through the gloom and point me to the
skies
Heaven's morning breaks, and earth's vain
shadows flee
In life, in death, o Lord, abide with me
Abide with me, abide with me
BLESSED ASSURANCE - MHB 422
Blessed assurance,
Jesus is mine!
Oh, what a foretaste
of glory divine!
Heir of salvation,
purchase of God
Born of his Spirit,
washed in His blood
This is my story,
this is my song
Praising my Savior
all the day long
This is my story,
this is my song
Praising my Savior
all the day long
Perfect submission,
perfect delight
Visions of rapture
now burst on my sight
Angels descending
bring from above
Echoes of mercy,
whispers of love
This is my story,
this is my song
Praising my Savior
all the day long
WHEN PEACE LIKE A RIVER - BHB (259)
When peace like a river, attendeth my way
When sorrows like sea billows roll
Whatever my lot,
thou hast taught me to say
It is well, it is well,
with my soul
It is well
With my soul
It is well, it is well
with my soul
