Horizontal Wells & Tank Batteries.
 Monitoring & Setting Test Trains.
1. Ensuring proper working pressures are maintained on 2 phase; F.W.K.O.; and
Heater Treater Vessels. I have done a 90/60/35 vessel pressure ratio on lower
producing wells; and higher 120/80/40 pressure ratio on production trains with
higher well head pressures and flow rates to ensure vessels are not overloaded.
2. Purging sight glasses to ensure visibility of fluid and gas separation.
3. Setting Micro switches and “alligators” to optimal dump points to allow for
maximum oil and water separation.
4. Setting little Joe pressure regulators and bleeding/purging gas lines that supply
oil and water dumps on vessels; including draining scrubber pots to prevent
fluid/condensate build up in supply lines.
5. Ensuring Heater Treater Vessels are at optimal levels by adjusting weir nipple
(keeping oil level just above fire tube).
 Maintaining and Gauging Tank Battery Levels with correct Designation of Fluids.
1. Gauging tanks hourly to verify production rates and comparing to barrel meters.
(Also ensuring both top gauge and interface levels are properly set on tank stick
meters ).
2. Running circulation pump as necessary to circulate bottoms on oil tanks and
remove BS&W to ensure highest oil quality for LACT Sales.
3. Checking water transfer pumps and comparing daily water transfer against
production rates and SWD Injection. Cleaning screens to ensure maximum flow-
rate.
4. Ensuring Tank hatches are closed when not in use and sealing properly to
maximize Vapor Recovery Unit Gas Sales.
 Reporting Oil, Water, and Gas production.
1. Calculating and reporting hourly and daily production rates on a Pioneer flow-
back sheet and emailing to contact group via Microsoft Outlook.
2. Responding to correspondence and making necessary adjustments in the field.

1. Contacting Roustabout for replacement or repair of pipe leaks; Kim Ray
valves; and other basic repairs that require more than individual service.
2. Contacting Foreman for any further assistance and diagnoses.

Pump Temperature values.
2. Calling ESP Technicians (Accelerated & Schlumberger) for ESP faults and bringing
units back on-line.
3. Monitoring Gas Lift Injection rates and setting values. Alerting Foreman of Gas
Compressor Shutdowns and notify mechanic. Addressing freezing issues on gas
injection meter runs.
