Maria outlines her typical meal plan for the week, including breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner each day. For breakfast she usually has a glass of orange juice and some type of baked good or cereal. For lunch she eats dishes like fish, spaghetti, or chicken with sides. For dinner the meals are more varied, including cookies, yogurt, or skipping the meal entirely. In her opinion, Maria feels she has a balanced diet but could improve by eating more fruits and vegetables. She thinks drinking orange juice and skipping late dinners are healthy habits. While exercise is an area to focus on more, overall she believes her diet and lifestyle puts her in good health for college.
The Voice Evolution—VoLTE. VoHSPA+, WCDMA+ and QualityQualcomm Research
The wireless industry is moving toward a richer, packet based voice on IP. However, traditional mobile Circuit Switched (CS) voice has a long life during the transition to carrier grade VoIP. Qualcomm’s comprehensive voice evolution technology leadership provides all aspects needed for the successful transition to carrier grade VoIP: We make the 3G CS voice more efficient (1X Advanced and WCDMA+), and lead the mobile VoIP delivery technologies with IMS VoIP over LTE (VoLTE) and HSPA+, provide the necessary transitions technologies between circuit switched voice and IMS VoIP; And finally, we provide the voice quality technologies to ensure the best voice experience for 3G CS voice, IMS VoIP as well as OTT VoIP.

3. My opinion
In my opinion, I have a good supply, because, at least during the week, I try not
to eat junk food like potato chips, soda, etc. And instead I drink water or even
Jamaica water once a week. But, I think if I should eat some more vegetables or
fruits, because I usually only ate one in a day usually only a day (for lunch); and
only when I ate salad, I try different vegetables, so maybe that could be
something to improve. I also consider myself, that it is good that I drink a daily
glass of orange juice at breakfast, as this gives me energy in the morning and
all day long, and also I try not to take dinner, because all that you eat after 6
o’clock, gets stored in your body, and makes you more fat, and this is caused of
not having any physically activity after this. So, after seeing what is good or bad
for me and my body, I realize that I’m in a good pad in order to be a healthier
person in my life, so I won’t have any serious issues in a near future. The only
thing that I think I need to really improve is that I need to do a little bit more of
exercise, because it is very important to at least do some of it 30 minutes a day.
And if I combine of all this, I will have a good health, especially since I’m going
to collage very soon, and I need to have some bases in order not to gain weight
when I will e all by my own.
