1. Operating and Sustainment Plan
Composite Apps has the capabilities and resources to sustain My Heart Plus throughout
the initial campaign period and beyond. We have well-experienced on-site developers
that will be available to perform the necessary tasks to maintain the integrity of the
application and further improve the application to better suit the users’ needs.
The following slides discuss the five components of the Operating and Sustainment
Plan that will be implemented during the first year and a summarized Distribution Plan.

Spreading awareness among the community has been made fast and easy by Social Media sites.
Additionally, accessing applications have become more convenient with the popularity of mobile
devices and tablets. Our team has kept these things in mind while developing our distribution plan,
as shown in the diagram below:
