Friends provide important emotional support throughout our lives. They comfort us during difficult times, celebrate our accomplishments, and share in important moments. While other aspects of life may change, friends have the potential to stay with us consistently and positively impact each day. The presentation is dedicated to the presenter's SlideShare and Facebook friends with whom they have shared stories, opinions, thoughts and more over the years.

2. Sometimes it's hard to put into words how much
our friends mean to us. Friends comfort us in our
times of need, glorify our triumphs, comment on
our work, celebrate our birthdays, laugh with us,
forgive us and love us.
Things change in life. Jobs and addresses may
come and go but, if we're lucky, our friends stay
with us throughout our lives, making each day
better.
* Friends are like a magnifying glass-they show us things we don't notice ourselves.
* Friends are like reading glasses-they help us decipher the fine print.
* Friends are like shiny mirrors-reflecting back to us how beautiful we really are.
My SlideShare and Facebook friends are a heartfelt celebration of friendship.
Over the years I have shared with them myriad stories, opinions, and
thoughts, at times intellectual and personal other times comical and appealing.
To them all, I dedicate this presentation.

safe and there’s
nothing wrong with
that. But, when you
box yourself and your
life in too tight, you lose out on the best fun, opportunities, and other stuff
that adds delicious spice to life when you allow it in.

7. In nature seeds are planted, soil
is tended and the seeds are
watered and laboured over long
before the first shoots poke
through the earth. An impatient
gardener will want to dig down
to the seeds and see what’s
going on beneath the surface.
But if he gives into that desire, The wise gardener plants the seeds and has faith that they are
he’ll disturb the growth and growing out of sight in the darkness. While he patiently tends to
possibly kill the sprouting weeds and waters the surface, the seeds will take root and grow
seedlings. into potatoes, a pear tree or whatever he has planted.

8. It’s more than clear there
are many times when we
act out behaviours that,
while seeming right to us
at the time, are later found
to be all wrong for us and
everyone else unfortunate But how do such blunders take place, knowing that
enough to have been no one would consciously choose to defeat himself?

entire life imprisoned within
the confines of their own
thoughts. They never go
beyond a narrow, mind-made,
