Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

Hello!
My name is Paula , I live in
Porqueres (Banyoles) and
I’m twelve years old !
Today I will told you
about my days,
my week and my weekend.

3. MY DAY
I usually get up at 8 o’clock.
Then I dress myself, I get
off the bed and I go to the
kitchen to breakfast. At half past
eight I go to school. In the
morning I do 2 lessons. At half
past ten I go to the playtime
with the rest of the classmates.
After that I do two more lessons
and at half past one I lunch. At 3
o’clock I start with lessons again
and at 5 o’clock I come back to

4. MY WEEK
At Monday I don’t do
anything important. At
Thursday I do one subject
more than the rest of the
week so I finish school at 6
o’clock. At Wednesday I go
to the supermarket with my
mum and then I study
English at home with my
brother. At Tuesday I
usually watch my favorite
TV program, CSI. At Friday I
go to a particular maths
class.

5. MY WEEKEND
At Saturday morning I usually
get up late. In the afternoon
I like to meet my friends,
always the same group. I
don’t like to clean my
bedroom but I have to do it.
At night I watch films with my
family and we go to bed late.
At Sunday I get up at 10 o’clock
to do my next week
homework and we go to
lunch at my grandfathers
home. Finally at Sunday
afternoons I often stay
