1. MY DAULY ROUTINE
I awake to the 5:30
am each day, 6
days a week.
I gold always each
morning upon
awakening and I

another day of life.
I brush my teeth

rest of the day
after each meal

before a train
leaving

sports clothing to
go to train tennis

sports clothing to
go to train tennis 6
times a week
I i jog 30 minutes

tennis academy

coach
