Job description:
 Responsible for checking incoming raw materials (from different mines) quality as per company
standard.
 Assure Standard Operating procedure so that the product made remain within specification
 Preparing batch composition and giving the same to production department.
 Assuring physical and chemical properties of product made within specified limit.
 Interacting with customer if any complaint comes regarding quality.
 Co operating production people for the smooth running of Ball mill and crushing plant.
 Preparing test report as per company standard as a proof of quality and sending the same to
marketing people which they send to customer.
 Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of various Laboratory equipments such as XRF,
L a b color reader, Rapid mill, Press, Dryer etc.
 Documentation of all quality records and sending weekly report to GM operation.
 Giving instruction to lab chemist for various testing related jobs.
 Making performance appraisal for lab chemist.
 Attending Shipments and taking care to avoid foreign body’s contamination.
