Major Responsibilities:
This service provides operational support for the Service provisioning area which includes CRM, Provisioning, MNP,
Order Management and Network Element service provisioning. The applications in this area manage management of
orders, SIM's and MSIDN's, customers' data and related billing objects and consistency. The area also contains
applications responsible for activation, deactivation and update of renewable options, promotions and products, portability
functionalities for geographic numbers. Also this includes provisioning for IVPN, VPN and toll numbers. It also cover
systems for managing, supporting and monitoring all the VAS services offered to the customer. VF IT is having 9 MVNO
and their service provisioning is been handled by VF IT itself. VF IT also manages the service provisioning of VF Malta's
customer base.
 Incidents information is available in Remedy and assigned by Service Desk to VF --IT AO Support. These are
analyzed and resolved by VF IT AO Support.
 Resolving Service Restoration/Service Request within SLA.
