Lucas Nathan proposes a music relay concept where he starts with an empty playlist and sends it to someone to add two tracks. They then send it to another person to add two more tracks, and so on, with each person adding music and passing it along. Lucas receives the final playlist back and assembles it into a coherent song to see if the tracks from different people in different places and times can be combined into something organic sounding. His initial results showed the music sounding good, leading him to conclude that a distributed, collaborative approach is a successful method for music production.
