Dimension Data designed a solution to upgrade DuPont Community Credit Union's phone system and network to support expansion. They upgraded the T1 frame relay network connecting the credit union's 9 branches to a new 10MB Metro Ethernet Network using Cisco switches. Dimension Data also implemented a new Cisco IPT phone system integrated with the existing Zeacom Call Center software. The new network and phone system allowed for testing and training before transitioning fully. The solution addressed the credit union's needs of an integrated, cost-effective phone system while upgrading their network at a lower cost.
