The music department at Cranford Community College commissioned a mural for one of their practice rooms with the theme "Music brings us together." Research was conducted including student and staff surveys to determine what elements should be included in the mural design. Initial ideas were developed based on this research. A final mural concept was then selected that represented the theme and research findings.

2. The Brief The creative and media arts faculty at cranford community college have commissioned ‘Newsik’ to develop and paint a design for a mural entitled for ‘Music brings us together’. This is to be painted on one wall in one of the music practice rooms. We have done summaries and pie charts to see what the pupils from Cranford Community College wish to see in the murals, in the music practice rooms. We have done our presentation on Power point so its more easier for the viewer to navigate around our Mural concept.
