● Anypoint Monitoring provides visibility into integrations across
your app network.
● The monitoring tools provide feedback from Mule flows and
components in your app network.
● Operations and development teams use the monitoring tools to
diagnose issues and prescribe solutions to behavior that
negatively impacts digital performance.

Anypoint Monitoring Overview
● The monitoring tools are designed to reduce the time to identify
and resolve these issues through aggregated metrics, data
visualization tools, alerts for issues, and a log aggregation system.
● Anypoint Monitoring provides ways to:
• Aggregate and map metrics across dependent systems in real-
time.
• Configure dashboards and alerts to reduce the mean time to
identification of issues (MTTI).
• Store and search log data at scale.

Anypoint Monitoring Feature
● Anypoint Monitoring is the standard method of monitoring Mule application and API
performance so that you can more quickly identify and resolve issues.
● While all customers receive fundamental monitoring capabilities with their
subscriptions, customers subscribing at the Titanium tier receive greater storage,
guaranteed resources, and advanced capabilities that allow for greater control and
flexibility.

Install Anypoint Monitoring for On-Prem
● Download and Anypoint Monitoring Setup
a. Go to Anypoint platform -> monitoring
b. Select the Build-in Dashboard. And choose the Specific
Environment as Sandbox and Resource Name.
As of now, there will be no Resource Name.

c. To select the specific Resource, we need to setup the Anypoint Monitoring plugin for
On-prem Setup.
d. Go to the Setting tab inside Anypoint monitoring tab. And select the deployment
type as Hybrid.

e. Select the Specific Environment and the server from
the server’s name.
f. Download the am.zip to your Mule home directory.

ui/app/hybrid/am-2.5.10.0.zip)
Note : Please use the Latest AM plugin. The Link will
be available in Monitoring -> Build in Dashboard ->

g. Once the AM.zip downloaded, we will unzip
the same in the Mule home directory.
2. Start/Stop Service
a. Goto $Mule_Home/am folder and run the
following command.

b. Once install Successfully, please restart the server.
c. Finally, cd into am folder again and run:
d. In 5 minutes, you should see metrics appear in Anypoint Monitoring.
