A teacher, Mr. Bliss, scolds students for being late to class in an extreme close-up. He reminds them of an upcoming exam and says attendance is mandatory. Mr. Bliss dislikes two students, Charlotte for being a know-it-all and Joe for being disruptive and not paying attention in class.

He dislikes Charlotte (Hermione) because she is a ‘ know it all’, he dislikes Joe (Michael) because he is disruptive and genrally sleeping or not paying attention.)
