The document provides 11 steps to restore files from a Mozy backup: 1) launch the Mozy setup wizard, 2) replace the previously backed up computer, 3) confirm replacing the computer, 4) select to restore files now, 5) search for and open File Explorer, 6) navigate to the Users folder, 7) change the folder time to the most recent backup, 8) restore the folder and select overwrite, 9) enter login credentials, and 10) allow the restore process to complete without closing Mozy. The restore process will return files to their state at the selected backup time.

2. Step1. Click on the little arrow icon on the system tray. Press and hold shift key on your
keyboard and right click on the Mozy icon. Click on Launch Setup Wizard.

3. Step2. Once open, select the second option, I want to replace my previously backed up
computer with this one, and click Next.

4. Step3. At the prompt click Yes to replace your computer.

5. Step4. Select Restore files now and click Finish.

6. Step5. Click on the search icon. Search for File Explorer. Click on it to open.

7. Step6. Once open, click on This PC on the left pane. Then double click MozyPro Icon.

8. Step7. Double click on Drive C: Click to open the Users folder and right click on your user
name. Select Change time…

9. Step8. Select See the folder as of a specific backup time. Then, select the most recent
time and date. Click OK.

10. Step9. Right click on the folder name. Select Restore.

11. Step10. Select Overwrite.

12. Step11. Enter your FLVS credentials and SSO password. Click Okay.
The restore process will start running. Do not close Mozy until restore completes.
