MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) is made
on ____________________, 2015 at New Delhi.
By and Between
TRUEKRISHNAPRIYA VEDIC SCIENCE RESEARCH ORG., a trust registered
under Indian Trusts Act 1882 and having its Registered Office at KG-2, Flat No. 303,
Vikaspuri New Delhi - 110018 (hereinafter called “The Trust”, which expression shall,
unless it be repugnant to the subject or context thereof, include its permitted assigns) of
the First Party.
AND
_____________________________, a trust registered under Indian Trusts Act 1882,
and having its Registered Office at
____________________________________________ of the Second Party.
The ‘First Party’ and ‘Second Party’ are hereinafter individually referred to as ‘Party’ and
collectively referred to as the ‘Parties’.
WHEREAS first party serves in the following fields:
i. To Resurrect Sanatana Dharma (1 Universal Religion- Eternal LAW)
Establish New Big Bang Theory and simultaneously feature Extensive
Research in Field of New Branch of Science WAVE GENETICS, CELL
BIOLOGY & DNA- NEW SPECIES
ii. To do the act in the fields of Spiritual Vedic Sciences / Vedic Technologies
and spread Science of LIGHT (Photon) & SOUND (Phonon) through
Gross and Subtle Means combining Human Intelligence with Unlimited
God’s Intelligence
iii. To envision a Dharmic culture relative to the organization of Society, the
Economy, Science, Art, Literature and Medicine from a state of Higher
Consciousness (Superhuman- Activated DNA's), not merely from the
standpoint of the Human Intellect or Ego
iv. To improvident quality of human life with integration of Modern Science
Technology and Ancient Vedic Wisdom Tradition
v. To Bring Unity in Science and Philosophy in quest to preserve Human-
Being, Environment and Divine Mother Nature
vi. To Delve deep into the Evolution of the New branch of science called
Wave Genetics which has the ability to give a completely new Dimension
to Evolution of life on earth.
vii. To promote Health & Longevity by Undertaking Mass DNA Activation
(Biological Internet) through the means of Awareness of new science of
Energy, Frequency & Vibration (Ether Physics) and Application of
SunGazing (Surya Yoga), Pranayam (Breathing Exercise), Yagna (Fire
Rituals) and Mantra Science (Cymatics) thereby Saving ourselves from
Material and Subtle Negative Energies /Electromagnetic/ Nuclear
Radiation, also effects of Quantum and Scalar Physics (Hidden Secret
Science) and Scalar Weapons of Mass Destruction
viii. To present the vast body of Ancient Vedic Scriptural knowledge
(Audio/Video Film/ Movies) in a way that is easily accessible via Digital
media to both serious students and the General public.
ix. To undertake Extensive Research in Modern Age Energy Medicine
System of natural health care, drawing from the ancient Vedic tradition of
knowledge.
x. To establishing Vedic Research Laboratory to conduct relevant research
in the fields of culture, spirituality and performing arts and allied areas.
xi. To create awareness of Environmental Dangers Natural and Man made
xii. To assist and encourage development of methods by which damage due
to deforestation and land erosion can be checked.
xiii. To promote conservation and proper utilization of water resources.
xiv. To undertake activities (Science of Sound and Light) by which the
Environment is improved and Catastrophe Avoided
xv. To establish, construct, fund and maintain Ghats, Wells, Ferries and
Parks, etc in different towns or to undertake planting of trees where such
activities may be regarded useful in the general interest of public.
xvi. To establish, maintain and assist the irrigation facilities to such parts and
areas as are not fit for agriculture for want of such facilities;
xvii. To help, maintain and assist in the reconstruction and other necessary
works for the development of the devastated parts of the country or
abroad.
xviii. To start, maintain and assist in the relief measures in those parts which
are or become subjected to natural calamities like famine, fire, flood,
dearth of water, earthquakes, etc and preserve our Agriculture thereby
saving ECOSYSTEM
WHEREAS Second party is an organization duly organized under the laws of ______
and committed to_______;
WHEREAS the Parties share similar spiritual scientific missions and wish to cooperate
in areas of mutual concern to enhance the effectiveness of their development efforts;
NOW THEREFORE THIS MOU IS WITNESSETH AND IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN
THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:-
1. The purpose of this MOU is to provide a framework of cooperation and facilitate
collaboration between the Parties, on a non-exclusive basis, in areas of common
interest.
2. The Second party agree to cooperate with any of the areas of Activity/ Mission
and Objects of the First Party
3. The Second party will work to improve the funding base of First Party. This may
include:
i. Seeking funding.
ii. Building membership or donation base.
iii. Collaborating with other Organizations and Govt Agencies for Funding
support, Facilitation and Authority
4. In order to implement the specific activities, the Parties shall conclude cost-
sharing agreements, which shall specify the costs or expenses relating to the
activity and how they are to be borne by the Parties. The cost-sharing
agreements shall also include a provision incorporating by reference the MOU,
which is applicable to the cost-sharing agreements and the projects/ programmes
financed there from.
5. Neither Party shall be an agent, representative or joint partner of the other Party.
Neither Party shall enter into any contract or commitment on behalf of the other
Party and shall be solely responsible for making all payments to and on behalf of
its own account, as provided under this MOU and under cost-sharing agreements
concluded hereunder.
6. Each Party shall be responsible for its acts and omissions in connection with this
MOU and its implementation.
7. The Parties agree that in working together under this MOU they will:
i) Acknowledge the autonomy and independence of each other.
ii) Act in honest and transparent way.
iii) Work together in good faith to identify options and initiate and achieve
outcomes;
iv) Inform each other and share information, resources and expertise.
8. This MOU will be initial term of two years from the Effective Date, commencing
on _______________and ending on____________, unless terminated earlier by
either party upon two months’ notice in writing to the other party. The Parties may
agree to extend this MOU in writing for subsequent period.
9. In the event of termination of the MOU, any cost-sharing or project cooperation
agreements, and any project documents concluded pursuant to this MOU, may
also be terminated in accordance with the termination provision contained in
such agreements. In such case, the Parties shall take the necessary steps to
ensure that the activities carried out under the MOU, the cost-sharing
agreements, and project documents are brought to a prompt and orderly
conclusion.
10.This MOU may be amended only by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
11. All or any disputes arising out of or touching upon or in relation to the terms of
this Agreement shall be referred to a mutually appointed Arbitrator and the
Arbitrator’s decision / award shall be final and binding upon the Parties. The
arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996 and any statutory modification or re-enactment
thereof. The language of such arbitration proceedings shall be in English and the
venue of the arbitration shall be at Delhi.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE PARTIES HERETO HAVE SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT ON THE
DAY, MONTH AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE MENTIONED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE

  • 1. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) is made on ____________________, 2015 at New Delhi.
