Motive8 also supports other local primary schools by providing various sports clubs and coaching sessions. The company continues to improve its schools program through staff training and building relationships with local organizations. Motive8 also offers pre and post-natal exercise advice and tips, as well as training profiles for its experienced coaches.

Pharmacology of 5-hydroxytryptamine and Antagonist
5-hydroxytryptamine or 5-HT or Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that serves a range of roles in the human body. It is sometimes referred to as the happy chemical since it promotes overall well-being and happiness.
