 Bad source data = bad target data
 Realistic expectations
 Different structures: BB / Moodle
 Some content will look different
 Not 100% perfect
 Plan for delays
 Trial can take longer depending on course complexity
 Allow time to extract / obtain source content
 Allow enough time for test and data clean-up in new environment
