Mother's Day Digital Report

Chamilia is a jewelry brand that targets 30-50 year old mothers. For their Mother's Day campaign, they ran promotions on Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter between April 14th and May 11th targeting markets in Boston and Philadelphia. The campaign was successful, generating around 11 million impressions with only 2.5% of marketing resources. On Facebook, they gained over 9,000 new page likes and increased engagement. The Pinterest campaign increased followers and re-pins. Twitter also saw growth in followers and engagement. Overall, the campaign significantly increased fan growth at a low cost.

We wanted to say Thank You to the first doctor we ever called out to via Digital so using a digital only video, we asked users on social media to watch the video and #CallMomNow.
Being topical, relevant and consumer-friendly made the campaign see high outreach, influencer engagements and industry leaders speak out loud and perform the action we asked them to... Call their Mother's and tell them how much they loved them.
With the video reaching over 500,000 views and an outreach in Millions, #CallMomNow was an interesting Mother's Day campaign by MindShift Interactive that received great positive feedback.
Nutella Advertising Campaign
The final project for my Advertising class was to create a yearlong ad campaign for a company of our group's choosing. My teammates and I picked to represent Nutella. Attached is the full campaign book that I designed using Adobe Photoshop.
Nutella is the original Hazelnut spread. Ferrero Group, Nutella’s parent company, was established in 1946. The mission of this advertising campaign is to promote Nutella as a quick and tasty meal solution for families. Our big idea, “Delightfully simple. Irresistibly easy.”emphasizes that idea, which is important because we want to reach our primary target audience of mothers between the ages 6 to 16. Our agency, rAdvertising Group, utilized print, television, and online ads, in addition to a number of brand activation methods in order to appeal Nutella to the those target demographics.
Dettol promotional campaign

FEEDING OPTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF HIV 22-6-12(2)
1. Martina tests HIV positive during her ANC visit at 21 weeks gestation. She does not want to disclose her status to her family.
2. Given her health status and CD4 count, the nutritionist would put Martina on lifelong antiretroviral therapy (ART) to benefit her own health and prevent transmission of HIV to her child.
3. Martina's feeding options include exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months while taking a long ARV regimen, then gradually weaning from breastmilk while continuing ARVs, as outlined in the 2010 WHO guidelines.
Report (Survey) by Angela's group
A survey was conducted of 20 students at a school to understand their breakfast habits. 70% of students reported eating breakfast every day while 30% skipped it. The main reasons for skipping were lack of time and not feeling hungry. Most students who ate breakfast had a balanced meal including foods from different food groups like grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy and protein. The survey concluded that eating a balanced breakfast is important for students' health, energy levels and focus during the school day.

Over 15 million babies are born preterm each year, and complications from prematurity are the leading cause of newborn deaths. Rates of preterm birth are rising even as prematurity is the second leading cause of death in children under 5. While survival rates of extremely preterm babies were once very low, through family support and advanced neonatal care in the NICU, some babies born very prematurely can now survive. Everyone has a role to play in preventing preterm births and improving care for premature babies.
Group 2 case study mrs. tongco
Pregnant Jenny Tongco and her 8 children are living in poverty in a tiny house. Mr. Tongco works as a pedicab driver but only brings home a small daily income after rent expenses. The family's daily food intake is only 1/3 of the recommended amount. Their youngest child was found to have pneumonia and a risk of tuberculosis during a medical checkup. The nursing teaching plan aims to educate the family on nutrition, the child's condition and treatment, through question and answer sessions and informative videos or lectures.
American University Honors Thesis - Allie Stauss, Class of 2014
The document summarizes a study that evaluated the impact of a community-based agricultural program on child nutrition in Ngaramtoni, Tanzania. A survey was conducted of 20 students at a school to understand their breakfast habits. 70% of students reported eating breakfast every day while 30% skipped it. The main reasons for skipping were lack of time and not feeling hungry. Most students who ate breakfast had a balanced meal including foods from different food groups like grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy and protein. The survey concluded that eating a balanced breakfast is important for students' health, energy levels and focus during the school day.

Over 15 million babies are born preterm each year, and complications from prematurity are the leading cause of newborn deaths. Rates of preterm birth are rising even as prematurity is the second leading cause of death in children under 5. While survival rates of extremely preterm babies were once very low, through family support and advanced neonatal care in the NICU, some babies born very prematurely can now survive. Everyone has a role to play in preventing preterm births and improving care for premature babies.

Pregnant Jenny Tongco and her 8 children are living in poverty in a tiny house. Mr. Tongco works as a pedicab driver but only brings home a small daily income after rent expenses. The family's daily food intake is only 1/3 of the recommended amount. Their youngest child was found to have pneumonia and a risk of tuberculosis during a medical checkup. The nursing teaching plan aims to educate the family on nutrition, the child's condition and treatment, through question and answer sessions and informative videos or lectures.

Food for Orphans
Food for Orphans strives to supply one healthy meal per day to each of the more than 140 million orphans worldwide, with a goal of feeding one orphan for just 25 cents daily. The organization relies entirely on donations from generous supporters. Most recently, Food for Orphans volunteers visited Haiti, where they provided over 4,000 meals to orphans and spent quality time with the children they help from abroad on a daily basis.
