1. Mother India - A pathetic sorrowful story of a poor working woman
One of the female acquaintances was pregnant. She aborted a child taking a strong tablet.
It poses following issues & question!
1. Sex education - Couple doesnothave complete sex knowledge and awareness of safety precaution;
highlyignorant;femalepartnercontributesequallyormore in earning; or running home however have
no say!Completelydeprived!Womenempowerment covering well within educated and urban region!
2. Economics - Cannot afford Condom or equivalent precautionary measures
3. Health awareness - Was a routine abortion; impact on health is completely ignored; who cares
attitude!
4. Survival - reason for abortion; female has to work, and cannot be out of work
5. Governance - medical shop offers tablet. This is illegal however easily available; Government
authorities are sleeping
6. Religion - It is a killing of a child; religion does not have impact on heart and brain!
7. Emotional impact on a couple and family members – Couple is involved in illegal action, family
members did not know
8. Ownership&responsibility – It was a result of forceful act by husband. Would society learn to listen
“No” from women; No means No!
9. Should take initiative to stop - Should we or should we not? At transaction level or at Government
level?
