 Working as the translator and the assist. Manager of the office of the Chief Executive Officer,
a specialized company in insurance business. I am assigned to translate all the contracts,
agreements and correspondences need to be translated, and as a company of multi-national
staff, translation is necessary between the different departments of the company.
 Helping the CEO’s secretary in office works such as organizing the CEO’s calendar, calls,
appointments, correspondences, trips receiving guests, and sometimes process customer
service issues.
 Take full responsibility of the CEO’s office during his secretary’s absence in addition to my
main responsibilities as translator.

Saudi Arabia. I and my sponsor (my superior) launched the office business for the first time

 As a public service office, I was receiving a diversity of documents with varied fields such as
