Tata Steel said it sold 3,85,20,801 equity shares of Tata Motors to institutional investors over the stock exchange for a total
consideration of Rs 1,250.69 crore. This stake sale move is in keeping with the company's plan to sell some its cross holding in all other
Tata Group companies. However, this action was taken for the reduction in its huge debt of more than Rs 70,000 crore. In FY15, its
interest cost was Rs 4,847.75 crore, 11.7 percent higher compared to previous year.
Technical Outlook : On daily chart, stock has given downside breakout of its consolidation range (range of 244-231), in which it had been
trading for 6 days. Furthermore, stock has given close below its daily reversal value which stood at 230.60. Momentum indicator RSI
reading is at 45.90 with negative crossover which point out for negative breath in the stock. Based on the above technical parameters,
stock looking weak on daily chart. so for trading perspective, one could Sell in the range of 228-230 for the Target of 223 with SL of

Jubilant Life Sciences has received Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration
(US FDA) for Zolmitriptan Orally Disintegrating Tablets, 2.5 mg and 5 mg, the generic version of Zomig-ZMT (of Astra Zeneca), which is
used for acute treatment of migraine headaches in adults. As on June 30, 2015, the company had a total of 815 filings for formulations
of which 389 have been approved in various regions globally. This includes 72 ANDAs filed in the US, of which 38 have been approved
and 46 Dossier filings in Europe. Jubilant Life Sciences is an integrated global Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Company engaged in
manufacture and supply of APIs, Solid Dosage Formulations, Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Life Science Ingredients.

Globally, the Fed uncertainty irked global investors; there was sell-off on Wall Street on Friday as the Dow plunged almost 300
points. European markets to tanked 1-3 percent on Friday. Treasury yields in US extended Thursday’s decline, with 10-year note
yields around 2.13 percent. Meanwhile in Greece, voters return Alexis Tsipras to power with a strong mandate. A new
government is expected to be formed within 3 days. Tsipras thanked his supporters and said that the hard work begins now. US
averages finished sharply lower last Friday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average closing down 1.7 % at 16384.58. The S&P 500
and Nasdaq Composite lost 1.6% closed at 1958.03 and 1.4% closed at 4827.23 percent respectively.
Asian stocks declined early Monday, tracking an uninspiring lead from Wall Street, Japanese, Hangsand and other Asian stocks
snapped a three-day winning streak on Friday after the Federal Reserve kept interest rates at a record low, raising worries about
the health of both the U.S. and global economies. Meanwhile, investors could also eye developments in Malaysia after the US
Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) launched an investigation into allegations of money-laundering at Malaysian state fund
1MDB, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday citing an unidentified source. The Shanghai Composite index traded at 0.10%
to 3100.99, Hang Seng index traded at -1.19 % to 21662.62, Japan's benchmark Nikkei 225 index traded at -2.00% to 18070.21,
South Korea's Kospi index up marginally by -1.64 % to 1963.68 levels. The SGX Nifty suggests a negative opening for our markets
as it is trading at 7909, down by 59 points.
