Technological Communication
Technological Communication influences business and society by exchanging of
ideas, facts, information and thoughts more efficiently between two or more
people by the means of technological interface.
For business, technology has made the flow of communication within
organization whether you are in executive, management, or a low level of
management more efficiently, productive and with no wastage of resources.
The use of email, voicemail, videoconferences, online newsletters, etc., to
convey you messageor holding a meeting can be done from overseas.
For education, technology has lessened the burden of studying of materials
more better, more fun. Can learn new educational materials any time,
anywhere. About a decade or so, we used to have to carry at least 4 textbooks
for studies now you can access any educational materials from your devices.

Ithas helped businessmen, to communicate with their customers and suppliers
more efficiently, create awareness about the market trends to negotiate the
price and their terms with their customers and their suppliers. This type of
communication helps international students to communicate with their
families, friends, and some important people.
Basically, technological communication is good to use in this modern world to
survive in this world. But used badly can be bad to your life. There is a saying
“EXCESS USES OF THINGS WILL BEBAD FOR YOURHEALTH.”
RUNNING EFFECTIVE MEETINGS
WHAT IS EFFECTIVE MEETING?
An effective meeting brings a thoughtfully selected group of people together for a specific purpose,
provides a forum for open discussion, and delivers a tangible result: a decision, a plan, a list of great ideas
to pursue, a shared understanding of the work ahead. Not only that, but the result is then shared with
others whose work may be affected.1
 START AND HOST A MEETING
 THE MEETINGS OBJECTIVE: AS DISCUSSEDABOVE, AN EFFECTIVE MEETINGISCREATED FOR A SPECIFICPURPOSE.
THAT MEANS- WHAT PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE/GOALS DIDA MEETING HELDFOR?
 USE TIME WISELY:THERE IS AN ENGLISH SAYING ”TIME IS MONEY”. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL
ATTENDING A MEETING TO BE IN TIME FOR A MEETING, DONT WASTE TIME BY DISCUSSING/DEBATING ON
WASTEFUL TOPICS, USE THE TIME FOR PRRIORITY TOPICS, SEQUENCE THE TOPICS, TIMING OF A MEETING SHOULD
NOT EXCEED 45-60 MINUTES.
 FOLLOW A SENSIBLE PROCESS: COMMUNICATE THE PURPOSE AMONG THE PARTICIPANTS OF A MEETING NOT
DEBATE THE PURPOSE. LISTEN TO THE SPEAKER,GIVE FEEDBACK, DONT BE AN ELEPHANT IN THE MEETING, NOTE
DOWN WHAT WAS DONE IN MEETING.
