4. Defining Issue: Increase productivity of the field staff and
introduce a consistent methodology for field work
By implementing the Mobile solution:
 Increased productivity approximately 25% in 1st year
 Able to train staff in using a consistent methodology

5. Defining Issue: Decrease mileage costs of the field operations
By implementing the Mobile solution:
 Able to passively track staff movement in the field
 Staff can schedule their workday using visual clusters
 Management has ability to validate mileage claims

 Eliminated approx. 85K paper copies of field records
 Eliminated approx. 25 rolls of plotter paper
