LEAN2 in the Way we Work and the Projects We Deliver
Presentation Overview:
As it currently operates, the commercial real estate construction industry is a disaster full of built-in waste. Seventy percent of all projects are over -budget, poor quality, and are delivered late.
Our clients deserve better and should not be subjected to the risk, stress and embarrassment of getting tumbled on a reef of knarly change notices, schedule delays and poor quality associated with tendered projects.
Teams that adopt the LEAN Integrated Project Delivery (LIPD) approach are able to achieve paradigm shift levels of performance improvements. 200% improvements in productivity, 40% reductions in capital cost and 30% reductions in operating costs.
The LIPD process requires a proactive, collaborative approach to Project Management and the adoption of principles, tools and process from LEAN manufacturing that have been adapted for the building industry. Our approach to Lean Project Delivery eables teams to achieve significant “Performance” and “Quality” and “Productivity” improvement!
