Hello Bob,
My name is Angel Ramirez and I am working with the Marjaree Mason Center (MMC). I have a
story idea I wanted to pitch you.
Did you know that the MMC supports close to 300 families during the holidays? One of the
programs we have to help them do this is Trees of Hope.
Families and friends can support a MMC client by picking up a Tree of Hope tag that is filled out
with holiday wishes. The tags are hung on trees throughout the Fresno and Clovis area, giving
people a chance to shop for their wishes.
The Trees of Hope locations will be:
• Fashion Fair Mall – North Entrance
• Sierra Vista Mall – East Entrance
• Edwards Movie Theater – River Park
Some interview opportunities can be our executive director, and if we can also try to find a
family from last year willing to share.
