There are several issues related to employee data and postings in the ERP system. Experience dates are incorrect for 90% of employees, resulting in wrong postings. Additionally, many employee CVs are missing entries or have duplicate entries that cannot be deleted. The ERP also makes incorrect date entries for employees with the same joining and transfer dates and does not include new department codes or a dual charge section for some employees. Mass corrections are needed to fix experience dates using legacy data from 2013.
