I am looking into starting a High class Boarding Kennel. It will have Grooming, Cat
boarding, Retail, Rehabilitation, Training, Upper class Kennels, Sound Proof Kennels,
Rescue, And a vet on site.
I have worked in the boarding industry for 12 years and have groomed for 15. Three of
those years have been out of my house and have grown to having over 300 valuable
clients in that time.
I plan to trademark the name so I can expand north and south of Alberta because as of
now I have clients from Calgary to Edmonton. I would eventually like to patent some
new ideas for training and maintained in a boarding atmosphere. I will raise the Bar on
standards for animal care!
What I am looking for is
A) Person (s) of interest that are willing to loan me $5-$10 thousand to get down
payments for the land and startup costs covered. This will be paid back within my
first fiscal year of being open.
B) Financial institutions that are willing to cover the majority of the start up costs
C) Angel investors who are willing to loan $100-$200 thousand for a 25% ownership
until the loan is paid off.
