Martha Yaneth Londoño Pérez describes her daily morning routine which includes waking up at 5 AM to exercise, taking a shower and getting ready for work from 6:20 AM to 7:30 AM, having breakfast from 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM, and working as a teacher from 9 AM to 9 PM, with a lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM and a snack at 3 PM before continuing her work and meetings.
