Minutes of the meeting of the Selection Committee for the evaluation of the applications of
faculty in the Department of History, for promotion from Assistant Professor to Associate
Professor -Level 12 to Level 13A
The committee commenced the screening process at 10.30 AM on 15-12-2022 in the Principal’s
Chamber, M.S.M. College, Kayamkulam.
The following candidate appeared before the Selection Committee for interview and scrutiny of the PBAS
forms submitted by them.

The committee, constituted in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the University of
Kerala, vide notification no. ,
went through all the claims, along with the supporting documentsin proof of age, academic
qualifications and details of qualifying service submitted by the candidate. The Service Book,
certificates of academic qualifications, and the PBAS Performa with respect to the candidate was
scrutinized and verified in detail by the committee.
The API score claimed for various categories have been verified against the documents produced,
and the Selection Committee found that Dr Manoj T R satisfied all the requirements for promotion to
Level 12 to Level 13A – Assistant Professor to Associate Professor
Based on the performance of the teacher before the committee, and in tune with the existing UGC
norms, Government orders and the statutes of Universityof Kerala, the following teacher who
appeared before the committee are found eligible for placement as Associate Professor.
2. Thecommittee recommends and forwards to the University of Kerala, the applications and allied
documents of the aforementioned candidate, with effect from the dates respectively shown against
their name in the following table:
