This document describes a vaccine appointment chatbot created by students Ankit Mishra and Ayush Naman for their minor project. The chatbot, named Jarvis, allows users to book COVID vaccine appointments by selecting available time slots, check their existing appointments, and receive COVID updates. It aims to provide a more user-friendly interface compared to existing vaccine websites by integrating a conversational chatbot that can be accessed directly on health service platforms or via telephone. The proposed system will utilize Dialogflow CX, Nodejs and MongoDB and include features for booking, checking, and viewing vaccine information.

Existing System
• The existing system lacks user friendly UI design and
consist of elements that don’t match up with the
ever changing technology and is complicated and
flooded with overwhelming, irrelevant features.
• The present available websites don’t have a chatbot
feature to book slots on their behalf.

Proposed System
• A Chatbot which can book appointment, check
appointment, get Covid updates or even show
vaccination locations.
• For integrations, a custom integration will be made
for web to allow it to be easily embedded on health
service websites.

to build our project.
