post-college entry to crossover
entry ($45,000 to $60,000) plus
benefits
• Commitment to train and
develop competitive broadcast
and multi-platform skills
• Participants would play roles in
SCPR/ pubmedia push for
programming, audience and staff
normalization
Track 2: Advancing
• SCPR would design program and
work with partner stations across
public media
• Candidates identified from
outside public media as well as
from within
• One-year training and
development program focused
on placement into senior roles;
work with APM, NPR, university
programs
• Full-time positions funded at the
leadership level, $75,000 to
$100,000.
