Morimoto Waikiki, chef Masaharu Morimoto's restaurant in Honolulu, celebrated its fourth anniversary. General manager Chad Yang has helped maintain the restaurant's success since joining in 2011. To celebrate, the menu features new items like hamachi tacos and locally caught seasonal snapper. The signature dish is Morimoto's Tuna Pizza, which tops flour tortillas with tuna, jalapenos, red onion, tomatoes, olives, and a homemade anchovy aioli.
