general announcements to the Engineering school which doubled team size both years
 Financial: Set and managed $50,000 budget (highest budgeted organization on campus), Presented budget and explained the
plan for the year to the teams main sponsor (President of Zeeco) who then more than doubled sponsorship amount
Frame Designer – 2012 - 2014
 Managed team of students 2 years through design and fabrication of frame, pedals, shifter, seat and head rest
 Developing new design method, using CNC tube profiling company and created an assembly manual; Frame design and
fabrication was reduced from 4 months to 4 weeks with .01” tolerance.
Seat Design – 2014-2015
 Developed new Carbon Fiber seat design which was 50% lighter, eliminated the guess work in manufacturing with the use of
one mold instead of free forming Aluminum sheet and improved driver stability over previous design.
SENIOR DESIGN CAPSTONE - Weld fixture for Ditch Witch January 2015- May 2015

 Led team of 4 by updating sponsor, setting and enforced deadlines and delegated work between myself and my team
 Created assembly/ weld table to increase production rate by 3x through design of system with custom & purchased parts, and
