international tourist arrivals.

Mexican cuisine is
Known for its blending
of Indigenous and
Spanish cultures.
Popular dishes
include taco, mole,
enchiladas, tamales,
tortillas and pozole.

6. NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
Mexicans celebrate independence
day on September 16, and other
holidays with colorful festivals
Known "Parties". Many Mexican
cities, towns and villages hold a
yearly festival to commemorate
their local patron saints.
Other festivities include Day of our
Lady of Guadalupe "Guadalupe
Day", "The Shelters", Christmas
Eve "New Years Day“ and
"Guadalupe Day" which is
considered by many Mexicans as
the most important religious
holiday in the Country.
