Frederick, Maryland-based MeetingPlay, is pleased to welcome Becky
Aramayo-Biltz, Joel Martin and Kelli Luebke to the company’s team. Each of
them will work with clients and help to develop and execute custom event
apps as part of the expanded sales division.

“Event tech is evolving at a rapid speed, and we want to make the process
of incorporating new, customized event tech as easy as possible,” explains
MeetingPlay CEO Joe Schwinger. “By expanding our sales team, we will be
able to continue to provide personalized sales support, especially now as
demand has grown.”
Aramayo-Biltz (pictured left) joins the team after two
decades of experience in the events industry. Her
extensive work in hospitality began in 1999 as a tour
director at the luxurious Resort at Squaw Creek in Lake
Tahoe, Calif. After being promoted to operations
manager, she earned a reputation for awless
execution of events from start to nish. In 2008, she was retained by
SportsMark Management to serve as production manager at the 2008
Olympics in Beijing. Then taking her talents to San Francisco, she mastered
a multi-million dollar sales manager role with ACCESS Destination Services.
With her collaborative approach and customer service skills, Aramayo-Biltz
works tirelessly to ensure her clients always feel well taken care of. Her
plans at MeetingPlay are to offer friendly technology services that are
intuitive and a practical solution to her clients.
Having conducted tradeshows for more than 15 years,
Martin’s (pictured right) true passion is experiential and
event marketing. He has represented several brands
internationally, with an extensive background in sales,
brand development and new product launches. He
received a B.A. in Political Science and Marketing from
the University of Florida, with certi cations in International Relations and
Latin American studies.
Prior to working at MeetingPlay, Martin was director of media sales at
DEMN and vice president of Brightbox Charge, a VC-backed mobile kiosk
amenity now found in thousands of venues worldwide. In the event
technology rental industry, he has worked with brands and shows such as
Coca-Cola, Panasonic, Toyota, IMG Colleges, InfoComm, PCMA, IMEX,

VidCon, CES, and SXSW to name a few. He is a former board member of the
International Technology Rental Association (IT-RA.org).
“Having worked in experiential marketing technology I see MeetingPlay as
the next step of immersive experiences,” says Martin. “Thanks to the
MeetingPlay mobile event app, the mobile device will connect to real-world
hardware via access control and engagement tracking leading to actionable
metrics.”
Luebke (pictured left) comes to MeetingPlay with more
than 13 years of experience in sales and event
management. She joins the team from Unbridled
Solutions, an event management, production and
creative agency, where she served as an account
executive for three years. Prior to that, she was hotel
sales manager with Omni Hotels and Marriott Indianapolis Place.
In addition to successfully selling a full suite of services to her clients,
Luebke is an expert in venue sourcing, marketing management, production,
creative design, contract negotiation and execution as well as
transportation.
“Having worked side by side with MeetingPlay as a partner with a mutual
client, I have seen and experienced the impeccable service and innovative
technology that MeetingPlay has to offer,” says Luebke. “My goal is to
expose planners to the technology we have created, and how it can help in
achieving the goals of their meetings and events.”
