11. Action Taken to Recover Outstanding Amount
• Subscribers having bill amount more than Rs.500/- are pursued through telephonic
reminders for making payment on regular basis.
• The O/G barred numbers are reminded regularly for making payment.
• The list of incoming barred numbers is being sent to field units on regular basis for
pursuance of payment as well as restoration.
• Amount recovered from defaulters from April 2018 onwards is Rs.1165922/- through
recovery camps and Rashtriya Lok Adalat.
• RC and Legal Notices are also issued to the defaulters. Now the same activities are started
through CIS System.
