The 3-hour workshop aims to help participants gain self-awareness, empowering self-talk, increased self-rapport, and an understanding of personal change through an inward journey to meet their future selves. Participants will be guided through a meditation to have a conversation with their future self 20 years in the future. The fee is 20 EUR and space is limited to 20 people.

ever increasing awareness and recognition!

We will explore how you process external
world data to arrive at a consistent
experience of your subjective reality.
What aspects of yourself can you harness
to create a reality that empowers you
rather than the otherwise!

your experience! This is as true for any of
the five senses as it is for your vividly
imagined internal experiences.
Learning from attention and awareness

through a process of focussing your
thoughts inwards to explore and find your
own perception of yourself!
