5. COMPANY HIRING PROCESS
Getting your employee
Your Staffing Manager will work with you to assess your requirement
Step 1:
Submit to Medic Global Solutions Inc. a detailed job description for the position you
want to fill. The job description should include all relevant information such as
qualifications, skill set, domain expertise, years of experience and job duties.
Step 2:
The HR department searches for candidates who match the requirements listed in the
job description.
Step 3:
HR executives screen all suitable candidates with face to face interviews. If necessary,
the HR department will also arrange for a second round of technical interviews with
the candidates and/or perform any necessary tests.
6. COMPANY HIRING PROCESS
Step 4:
After the HR screening process, the resumes of
candidates assessed as qualified and suitable for
the position are submitted to you.
Step 5:
Review the resumes and select the candidates you
consider suitable for the position. You can also
interview the candidates before they commence.
7. COMPANY ROLE
Medic Global Solutions Inc. Employee is your employee who works for you remotely from our
Operation Centre as opposed to physically in your office. As with any local employee, you are in
complete control of Medic Global Solutions Inc. Employee:
Your Medic Global Solutions Inc. Employee can work the same office hours as you.
You work with your Medic Global Solutions Inc Employee on a long term basis.
You assign work to your Medic Global Solutions Inc. Employee and monitor/supervise their work.
Your Medic Global Solutions Inc. Employee works for you only and is dedicated to your work
assignment.
Your Medic Global Solutions Inc. Employee provides regular updates and reports to you.
Your Medic Global Solutions Inc. Employee works from our Professional office environment, where
they are monitored and supervised by our managers and HR Team

Medic Global Solutions Inc. makes the outsourcing and hiring process possible by providing the following services and facilities
Office :
The employee you hire works from our Medic Global Solutions Inc. office. To ensure your employee works in the most productive
environment, our office is maintained to international standards in every respect. The Medic Global Solutions Inc. office is equipped
with lease line internet connections for fast and stable internet access. To ensure uninterrupted power supply, our office has its own
generator. The employees are also provided with spacious desks and the office is fully air conditioned. The Medic Global Solutions
Inc. office is located in a prime area with good transportation links, making commuting for employees convenient.
Hardware
The employee you hire will be provided with modern PCs. All other computer equipment including webcam, and headset are also provided.
Telephone with any local number
Medic Global Solutions Inc. can provide your employee a telephone with any local number from your home country. Calling your employee
will be as easy as dialing a local number.
Software
Medic Global Solutions Inc. provides commonly used software, including Windows operating system and Microsoft Office and IOS
systems.
Professional office environment
Medic Global Solutions Inc. HR executives and managers work from the same office as your employee. Accordingly, Medic Global
Solutions Inc. monitors and supervises your employee at all times Medic Global Solutions Inc. ensures your employee is working at
all times and is doing so from a professional office environment.
Physical presence
Medic Global Solutions Inc. manages your employee in accordance with your instructions. Our physical presence allows us, in real time, to
implement any of your directions, resolve any problems, and monitor your employee. This ensures your employee is working in
accordance with you and Medic Global Solutions Inc. ' instructions Medic Global Solutions Inc. physical presence also enables us to
monitor the entire outsourcing process at all times, which ensures our services are delivered successfully.
9. COMPANY ROLE
Technical support
The Medic Global Solutions Inc. IT department is available 24 hours a day to resolve or assist with any IT-
related issues your employee may have.
Human Resource
Employee attendance, leave, holidays, personal issues, appraisals, administration, enforcement of client
and company polices, and employee benefits are all handled by the Medic Global Solutions Inc. HR
department.
Employment tax, insurance, and labor law
All issues relating to employment tax, insurance, and labor law are Medic Global Solutions Inc. Medic
Global Solutions Inc. responsibilities and not yours. This is because Medic Global Solutions Inc.
employs the employee you hire. You enter into a service agreement with Medic Global Solutions Inc.
The service you hire includes our office space, hardware, administration, supervision, management,
customer support, technical support, HR management and an employee who works for you, eight
hours a day, six days a week. Although legally you do not hire the employee, in reality your Medic
Global Solutions Inc. Employee will follow your instructions and work for you like any other employee.
Customer support
The Medic Global Solutions Inc. customer support department is open from 11am to 8pm Monday to
Saturday and even Philippine holiday’s. You can contact Medic Global Solutions Inc.via e-mail or
phone at 11am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. Our customer support department is available to help
and assist you with any employee related matter.
NDA and Ownership of works
Medic Global Solutions Inc. safeguards your confidentiality and rights to any ownerships of works. The
Medic Global Solutions Inc. contract has stipulated provisions with respect to confidentiality and
ownership of works. Getting your employee Medic Global Solutions Inc. finds and recruits the
employee you want to hire.
