  1. 媒體是什麼?承載著內容並觸及到用戶的媒介
  2. 媒體的概念
  3. 先前經歷過各種轉型,主要是內容類型與傳輸型式的改變 我姑且稱之為「媒體轉型1.0」
  4. 過去30年,從紙本與類比的主戰場漸漸移轉至數位 以及多種互動式媒體、包含社交領域、混合實境等等
  5. 媒體已進入了跨領域合作 規模化整合與協同產生價值的階段 我稱之為「媒體轉型2.0」
  6. 一個媒體,在內部提供與外部協同的情況下 可以包含所有現行內容與服務 其產生的價值並非相加,而是相乘
  7. 既然媒體轉型的重點已經不在內容的類型或傳輸的方向
  8. 那麼該往哪裡思考下一步轉型的重點呢?
