● Induct known faces in committees.
● Develop cadre based system as in other pol. parties.
● Enforce strong discipline among volunteers.
● Avoid discussing party matters before media.
● Stop online membership.
● Publish a party newsletter weekly/monthly.
● Establish study groups./workshops training program.
● Concalls between SE & District committee all level.
● Empower district committee to take disciplinary action by constitutional
DC’s.
● Agenda for young volunteers.
● Different plan of action for rural and urban.
● State committee members should tour the state.
● Spokespersons at all levels.
● Create wings for women , minorities, etc.
● Define criteria for active volunteers.
