GLOBAL MAINTENANCE BLUEPRINT
MaxGrip developed a strategic maintenance blueprint for
one of the world’s largest beer brewers and a deployment
model for the global roll-out. Aiming for full utilisation
of the global EAM system required an extensive review
and optimization of all Asset Performance Management
business processes.
A big challenge for the company is to expand market shares
by improving cost efficiency. Maintenance maturity is one
of the highest priorities. Because of the many acquisitions
in upcoming markets, it is essential to have global business
