Specification
Workplace specification forms a basis for successful workplace development. Our specification process starts always from two directions:
First we take a look at company’s strategy and objectives and then evaluate how organisation’s journey towards the future vision can be supported with workplace.
After that we turn to users and find out their ways to work. Then we evaluate how workplace and ways to work could be changed to serve users’ real, often implied needs.
Planning
With space and interiordesign workplace’s spase usage will be optimised and company’s look will be brightened. With user-centric planning efficient and cozy spaces are being ensured. A company-specific space plan will be created in planning phase and with it we are able to pay attention to existing furniture, recycle the leftovers and offer cost-efficient furniture rental model. Space observation and monitoring is easy with Martela Dynamic solutions.
Implementation
Careful preplanning and effective project management make sure of excellent implementation for any change and maintenance work. Martela will take reliably care of all procedures from change, furniture assembly and recycle to final cleaning. Service selection also includes induction for personnel which supports moving to the new way or work.
Maintenance
Workplaces need continuous maintenance and optimisation. Maintenance phase includes study of spaces’ real development need based on user experience survey and utilisation rate measurement and also development suggestions done based on that.
